Affiliate Disclosure

Simply Reviewed is a personal review website. I spend a lot of time using, testing and writing about products, and some of the Amazon links in my reviews are affiliate links.

What does that mean?

If you follow an Amazon affiliate link from Simply Reviewed and make a qualifying purchase, I may receive a commission from Amazon. Using an affiliate link does not add a separate charge to your purchase.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Does this affect my reviews?

No. The point of Simply Reviewed is to share my actual experience with products.

I may recommend a product, point out its faults, suggest an alternative or tell you that I simply do not think it is worth buying. An affiliate link does not make a good product better, and it certainly does not rescue a bad one.

Where possible, reviews are based on products I have personally owned, purchased or used. If a product has been supplied, loaned or otherwise provided to me, I will make that clear in the review.

Why might Amazon look different depending on where I am?

Simply Reviewed is designed for readers in many countries. An Amazon link may direct you to the Amazon store most relevant to your country or chosen region, where an appropriate listing is available. This means two readers in different countries may be taken to different Amazon websites for the same product.

Prices, availability, sellers, delivery options and product versions can vary between Amazon stores and can change over time. Always check the listing before buying.

How are affiliate links identified?

Reviews that contain Amazon affiliate links will include a clear disclosure near the relevant links or review content. I would rather make that obvious than hide it in the small print.
